Pastor. K. V. Joseph hails from Kochi Kerala. Done his Theological Studies from F.T.S. Manakala, Kerala and Grace Bible College, Gurgaon, Haryana, India. Worked with Kashmir Evangelical Fellowship f rom 1994-1996. He joined with IPC Delhi State in the year 2002. He served IPC Delhi State in different capacities. He was the President of P.Y.P.A Delhi State from 2009-2014. At Present he is serving as the Vice President of IPC Delhi State as well as the District President of South District.
